Abstract
The flexural test was conducted using prism specimen of PVA fiber reinforced cement based composite materials, and the compressive test was conducted using half of the folding test specimen. The test results show that, with the increase of PVA fiber content, the folding strength increases significantly, meanwhile, the compressive strength increased slightly and then decreased. The fiber in the cement matrix plays a toughening effect.
