Abstract

The maintainability verification of civil aircraft is an important link in the implementation of maintainability. The aircraft adapts to the predetermined maintenance environment and proves that have meet the maintainability requirement, it is needed to confirm or evaluate through the maintainability. By studying different maintainability verification methods and applicable maintainability indexes, it can be found whether the maintainability design of system and equipment meet the requirements in advance, and take corrective measures to improve the design. This work can significantly improve the maintainability level of the aircraft and ensure the normal operation and commercial competitiveness of the aircraft. In this paper, the purpose, object, process/method and specific application of maintainability verification are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated, and optimization suggestion are put forward for maintainability demonstration test and analysis method.
