Abstract

The precision measurement of low frequency vibration signal is a research hotspot at present. Aiming at the problem that FBG accelerometer is difficult to measure low-frequency vibration effectively at present, a low-frequency FBG accelerometer based on double curved beam reed is proposed. By experimental test, that the sensor has a natural frequency of 41 Hz, flat band at 2–32 Hz, and can detect the low-frequency vibration signal of 1 Hz, the sensitivity is 867.21 pm/g, the linearity is up to 99.95% , and the transverse crosstalk in the flat frequency range is low, which is −22.75 dB. The sensor weighs 200 g and has a volume of 40 cm3.
