Abstract
As an important part of the logistics system, logistics facilities are related to the efficiency and economic benefit of the logistics system. A scientific and reasonable location can effectively reduce the cost of goods, save the time of distribution, and improve the efficiency of the whole logistics system. There are many methods for the location of logistics facilities, such as cross median model, gravity model, Wolf model and his bow. Location problem based on quantitative and qualitative models has gradually become a research focus in the field of logistics. The location of logistics facilities is influenced and restricted by many factors, such as transportation cost, construction cost, land rent and operation cost. Therefore, in the location decision of the multi center logistics facilities, we should solve the problem of building several and where it is built, and the construction quantity and construction address determine the efficiency and cost of the whole logistics system to a great extent. In this paper, in view of the complex calculation process of multi center of gravity method in the logistics network planning and the large amount of work and difficulty, a multi center of gravity logistics location algorithm based on GIS is designed. The algorithm applies GIS's powerful data management, spatial analysis and visualization functions, and realizes it in GIS environment. Finally, the algorithm is applied in combination with specific examples.
