Abstract
From the practical point of view, the paper researches the optimal and dynamic distribution optimization scheduling model, and explores the dynamic scheduling strategies of optimal scheduling model and GIS. At the same time, it also gives the formal distribution definition of the distribution optimization scheduling model, studies the model algorithm and analyzes performance of algorithm by means of examples. Finally, the article also designs and implements a logistics distribution allocation dispatching prototype system according to business needs of logistics distribution companies.
