Abstract

The translation-torsion dynamics analysis model of the planetary gear system with sun gear and planetary gear joint floating was established based on the uniformly loaded requirements of shearer cutting part under complex load conditions and considering the boundary coordination deformation conditions. Due to the influence of components floating type and manufacturing and installation errors, the dynamic meshing forces of planetary gears in the flexible shaft structure and with the affect of position errors on system load sharing are analyzed by using the variable step size numerical integration method. The analysis results demonstrate that both sun floating and planetary floating can meet the load sharing requirements, but two components combined floating is better to improve load sharing.
