Abstract

This work aims to make an integrative synthesis of the descriptor literacy from a discursive perspective, in the last decade. The database investigated was the Capes Catalog of Theses and Dissertations. The results demonstrate a great concern among researchers about the theoretical-methodological guidelines that can contribute to the appropriation of an educational approach based on the principles of the discursive perspective of literacy. The data analyzed here strengthens the state of the art that supports our doctoral research that aims to address this perspective in the reading and writing process in Basic Education schools. This investigation demonstrated the great relevance of literacy in current research and the intersecting dialogue between this research strengthens our theoretical and methodological approach. On the other hand, we can see that there is a vast field of research to be explored in relation to the discursive perspective of literacy and its relationships with the poetic, aesthetic and literary.
