Abstract

Command and control equipment has the characteristics of high integration, complex assembly process and structural isomerism. They also show the characteristics of multi-model, variable batch and mixed production line. That needs higher requirements for the equipment assembly process design and equipment production capacity. In order to enhance the design capabilities of assembly process and assembly efficiency, and reduce manufacturing cost, it is an inevitable trend to research advanced design method of assembly process. First, technical requirement for process design of command and control equipment was researched. Second, research on assembly process design and simulation optimization based on intelligent optimization algorithm and knowledge engineering was developed. Finally, the visual assembly process was generated to guide the production site operation and theoretical reference was provided for the application of intelligent assembly process design.
