Abstract

With the development of computer technology and network technology, networked manufacturing technology and networked manufacturing system have been more and more attention. As a new method, networked technical service oriented product process is presented for manufacturing companies to meet the rapid response to market demand and provide efficient technical services. In this paper, firstly, ontology-based semantic identification technology has been studied. The algorithm of semantic identification for technical service information in production is described. Secondly, made use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the Hungarian algorithm, the queue and assignment of the technical services task in production are researched respectively. Finally, the prototype system of networked technical service oriented product process is carried out to verify the correctness and feasibility of the researched techniques.
