Abstract

In order to effectively reduce industrial chain inventory cost and cut down supply disruption risks, this paper studied inventory collaborative supply for multi-industrial chains in a cloud environment. After analyzing a cross industrial chain supply mode of multi-industrial chains collaboration based on cloud services platform, an inventory collaborative supply model for multi-industrial chains based on demand forecast (Q, R) strategy was established, and the demand forecast strategy which based on exponential smoothing method was proposed to obtain the cycle purchasing quantity. Then a supply source selection optimization algorithm of cross industrial chain inventory supply based on k-means clustering algorithm was proposed to obtain the optimal supply source in the model. Research shows that the cross industrial chain supply mode was obviously superior to tradition inventory supply mode in reducing inventory costs and shortage cost.
