Abstract

SAE ARP 4761 stipulates that an area safety analysis must be performed in every area of the aircraft to ensure the safety requirements of the equipment. The study proposes the Intrinsic Hazard Analysis and environmental conditions hazard analysis methods to identify potential neighboring hazard sources, assess the weakness of the area, and solve the problem of incomplete input of area safety analysis. The IEHA analysis method has been verified and applied in the actual type of work, which plays the role of systematic and comprehensive identification of hazard sources and discovery of potential risks, and has practical engineering application for the development of domestic large aircraft. It provides a good theoretical basis and technical reserve for establishing the method and process of civil aircraft safety design verification.
