Abstract

Aiming at the problems of current traditional substation equipment monitoring devices are independent of each other, and the interaction between equipment and system is poor, an intelligent monitoring sensor network based on the Internet of things(IoT) is designed. According to the functional requirements analysis, the IoT architecture of power transmission and transformation equipment, including intelligent perception layer and data communication layer is proposed. Then it discusses the key technologies involved in the system, such as hardware composition, sensor design, database connection, visual interface and so on. At the same time, the data transmission and networking process in the monitoring system is designed, and the typical intelligent application schemes of each subsystem are described. The system test results based on the case analysis show that this design scheme meets the requirements of automatic control, intelligent regulation and coordinated linkage of the intelligent substation auxiliary production system, and uploads the equipment monitoring data that may have faults to the central station, effectively avoiding the occurrence of power accidents.
