Abstract

With the rapid development of the high-speed railways in China, passengers have higher and higher requirements for train catering services. Aiming at the problems of delays in order delivery, excessively long pre-ordering time, and single type of catering in the current train catering service system in China, Changsha Station is taken as the research object, and the intelligent design of the train catering service system based on the commuting volume of rail trains is carried out. The following conclusions can be derived from this study: At present, there are scheduled business (vacuum packaged food) and real-time business (pre-sale food) in the catering service of train; For the pre-stored business, the genetic simulation algorithm and genetic algorithm are developed. It is found that the genetic simulation algorithm has a short delay time, and genetic algorithm is preferred for the simulation; In addition, the joint scheduling genetic simulation algorithm is compared with the independent optimization simulation algorithm. The delay time of the joint scheduling method is less than that of the independent optimization simulation algorithm, which proves that the joint scheduling method is optimized for pre-stored services.
