Abstract

In order to promote the energy revolution and the construction of ecological civilization, China proposes to build a new type of power system with renewable energy as the main body, which points out the direction for reforming power system and upgrading energy structure. In recent years, with the breakthroughs in Internet technology and information industry, new industries and new models represented by integrated smart energy have developed rapidly, which has greatly promoted the implementation of power source, grid, load, storage. Improving the comprehensive smart energy evaluation index can reasonably evaluate the feasibility, rationality, and economy of project construction, and then promote the promotion and replication of excellent comprehensive smart energy projects. The integrated smart energy evaluation index system based on optimization algorithm has been studied and developed. Through the evaluation of integrated smart energy projects over the whole country, the rationality of the index system and the accuracy of the model algorithm are effectively verified. It is hoped that the sound development of integrated smart energy will be guided through the indicator system and optimization model, and the construction of new type of power system with renewable energy as the main body will be effectively promoted, making it an important support for the implementation of the dual-carbon goal.
