Abstract

To address the actual problem of oil and gas pipeline leaks, this paper designs an experimental device to simulate the leak state by controlling the water flow rate of the tap, selects the infrared detection method to collect the images of the leak state using an infrared thermal imager, and then detects the leaks based on deep learning and AlexNet network for intelligent recognition of the images. The detection of oil and gas pipeline leaks is very important for oil and gas transportation, and effective detection can reduce leaks and the occurrence of accidents.
