Abstract

Based on the theory of TAM model, this research combines literature research, theoretical analysis (qualitative) and empirical research (quantitative) to analyze and summarize the key factors affecting the intention and acceptance of English mobile learning in higher education. This study combines the characteristics of English subject and introduces new variables on the basis of TAM model. The direct or indirect effects of newly added variables such as Self-efficacy (SE), Professional Relevance (PR), Social Influence (SI) and Resource Optimization (RO) on behavioral intention are demonstrated by data. Among them, resource optimization variables have direct or indirect effects on behavioral intention of mobile English learning in higher education. The impact is most obvious. The influencing factors model of English mobile learning behavior intention is constructed, and the corresponding research hypothesis is put forward.
