Abstract
Dynamic characteristics are an important indicator for measuring the performance of electromagnetic valves, and are also one of the most difficult problems to solve. By establishing an AMESim model of a certain type of pneumatic solenoid valve and conducting dynamic characteristic optimization simulation research, the impact of different control methods on its dynamic characteristics is analyzed. Through simulation, it was found that when using 12 V and 24 V single voltage control, as the control voltage increases, the opening time of the pneumatic solenoid valve decreases and the closing time prolongs, failing to achieve the goal of improving dynamic characteristics; After analyzing the reasons, a dual voltage control method of 24 V + 4 V was proposed, which reduced the opening and closing time of the pneumatic solenoid valve, but the reduction was not significant and the effect was not significant; After analyzing the underlying reasons, a three voltage control method was proposed, which ultimately reduced the opening time of the pneumatic solenoid valve from 16 ms to 9 ms and the closing time from 61 ms to 11 ms, effectively improving the dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic solenoid valve, and the effectiveness of the simulation was verified through experiments.
