Abstract

In order to optimize the output characteristic of Mid-Frequency Inverter and improve the output accuracy, a composite control method is analyzed in this paper. This method is built on current and voltage two closed feedback control and repetitive control, and the design of controller is based on DSP. The Mid-Frequency inverter simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink. The composite control method has a good dynamic and statistic characteristic which is proved by simulation. Software and hardware of control system are designed based on composite control systems, and the control system of Mid-Frequency inverter is achieved based on TMS320F240DSP. The conclusion is also further proved by experimentations that composite control systems are an advanced control method of Mid-Frequency inverter because of better statistic and dynamic characteristic when it is realized based on DSP.
