Abstract

The large-scale use of electric vehicles will have a direct impact on the distribution network. The impact of electric vehicle charging on the power grid is different from the traditional power load. At the same time, the electric vehicle is also a distributed energy storage device. In the city, large-scale electric vehicles as a charging load, its charging mode has a greater impact on the grid. When a large number of electric vehicles are connected to the power grid, there may be to phenomenon, increasing the difficulty of power grid peak shaving, and increasing the pressure of power grid construction. This paper analyzes the impact of electric vehicle charging on the power grid, and puts forward the reasonable control of electric vehicle charging and discharging behavior. Establish a reasonable policy mechanism, through the appropriate incentive mechanism to guide the electric car users, to achieve the electric vehicle charging and discharging in reasonable time. For the peak use of electric vehicles, other shaving solutions need to be considered. It is necessary to establish a large number of charging stations, charging piles and other facilities, reasonable arrangement of layout.
