Abstract

Power enterprises are the basic energy industry and the pillar industry of the national economy and the people’s livelihood. With the rapid economic development and energy transformation, power enterprises are also facing great challenges from monopoly operation to market-oriented competition. Human resource management plays a particularly important role in power enterprises. It has become an urgent problem to further improve the strategic management level of human resources in power enterprises. In terms of market economy, risk is one of the internal attributes of the market. How to correctly identify and recognize the risks in the process of enterprise human resource management, how to reasonably evaluate and measure these risks, and how to put forward corresponding management measures and suggestions are particularly important for the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the characteristics that BP algorithm can simulate back propagation, this study establishes the evaluation index system in human resource risk management and constructs the human resource risk evaluation model. In view of the current situation and difficulties of human resource risk management in power enterprises, this paper constructs a human resource risk management method and matrix based on practical application, and puts forward the corresponding risk management and control strategies. The research conclusion is of great significance to scientifically carry out human resource management, avoid management and control risks and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
