Abstract
In the context of the global epidemic, the economic situation is grim and the economic crisis is rife. In order to better cope with the challenges and enhance their competitiveness, enterprises adjust their human resource allocation mode, improve work quality and drive their development. For social and economic management, human resource allocation is to fully and reasonably apply all human resources in the society to social production and economic activities. According to the current economic situation, the importance of human resource allocation has become increasingly prominent.
