Abstract

In order to solve the wind power generation reactor heat dissipation problem, a particular water-cooling reactor heat-removal system scheme design was put forward. Based on the researches of the scheme in depth, by means of the heat transfer theory of transformer, using Finite Element Method and FLUENT software, the water-cooling reactor simulation model was established. According to the numerical simulation of the reactor water-cooling system, its three dimensional flow field speed, pressure and temperature field distribution map were obtained. In response to the proposed scheme, the experimental prototype was manufactured and its experimental data and temperature field imaging were got. The simulation result and the experimental verification indicate the proposed water-cooling reactor heat-removal system scheme design is feasible, and the established mathematical model and the heat transfer analysis are correct. The results have practical significance for analyzing, studying, improving water-cooling reactor and guiding its production.
