Abstract
In order to reduce the low-order torque ripple of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the method of suppressing pulsating torque by suppressing low harmonics of stator current is adopted. So, a harmonic suppression model based on harmonic injection method is established to suppressing low harmonics. But, the large amount of calculation, making the result of calculation is difficult to follow the motor rotation in real time. Therefore, in order to reduce the computational complexity, in the paper, a small computational surrogate model is established to replace the harmonic calculation module. Through the establishment of the harmonic injection model, the data and mathematical relations are obtained to establish the surrogate model. Therefore, a new harmonic suppression system is built with the surrogate model. Through the simulation, the effect of harmonic suppression of the surrogate model is analyzed and compared with harmonic injection module. The harmonic suppression ability of two methods is similar.
