Abstract
The harmonic pollution at the point of common coupling (PCC) is the result produced not only the harmonic sources located in the power supply system side but also the customer side acting together. Accurate division of the contributions of the harmonic sources is the premise of effective implementation the harmonic management scheme. So, it is of great significance to develop a reasonable and effective harmonic responsibility evaluation index. The existing harmonic responsibility division indexes have problems such as inconsistency of harmonic responsibility division results of different frequencies and differences or even contradictions of voltage and current division results. In this paper, we propose a set of harmonic comprehensive responsibility evaluation index based on multiple fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results of harmonic voltage, total harmonic voltage distortion, harmonic current and total harmonic current distortion are considered synthetically. Subjective analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the relevant weight, and quantitative analysis of harmonic comprehensive responsibility evaluation index as well as harmonic responsibility are carried out through IEEE14 Standard Test system, which can provide a new idea for harmonic responsibility evaluation.
