Abstract
The various correlations between components are important to the preventive maintenance of the large-scale machinery and equipment, which can improve the accuracy and timeliness of the maintenance of components. However, the current preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment is mostly based on a single correlation analysis, and the operation is not considered. Among the equipment components, the correlation is diverse, and considering it from one angle may cause maintenance deviation. Therefore, the various correlations existing between the equipment were analyzed firstly by the analysis of multiple correlations. Then the reliability measurement of the equipment and the average maintenance cost based on the correlation were obtained. Finally, a component maintenance threshold interval based on the correlation solution method was proposed to obtain the maintenance threshold of each component for group preventive maintenance. An example about the main component Blast Furnace Top Gas Recovery Turbine Unit (TRT) in turbomachinery proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
