Abstract

With the increasing of construction and demolition waste, the management of which is the foundation to ensure the normal operation and sustainable development of cities. Exploring the resource utilization of construction waste is of great significance to the development of circular economy. Construction and demolition waste management is a dynamic system involving environment, economy and society. In order to maximize their own interests, the relevant subjects of construction waste resource utilization will continue to make game choices. This paper introduces the economic game theory method, through the evolutionary game analysis of the participants under the market mechanism and government regulation, it shows that in the initial stage of construction and demolition waste resource utilization, the government needs to support enterprises through economic policies, and provide relevant preferential treatment, give certain punishment to related enterprises. It is necessary to choose a moderate degree of punishment. Under certain conditions, the greater the punishment, the better it is to promote the enterprises resource utilization of construction and demolition waste, but when the punishment is too strong, it will play a negative effect.
