Abstract
Aerodynamic thermal ground test can not completely simulate flight conditions, and there is no simple and clear similarity criterion as aerodynamic test. In practical application, it is often to grasp the local flow characteristics of materials or structures and use ground test equipment to simulate their main thermal environment parameters. Therefore, according to the thermal environment characteristics of different parts of the aircraft, a variety of arc heating test techniques have been developed. For example, free jet test technology has been developed for material test of simplified model and assessment test of small-scale components. It effectively solves some problems of thermal protection test examination.
