Abstract

In recent years, food safety and sanitation issues have occurred frequently in our country. Food sanitation and safety issues have always been the most concerned issues of all sectors of society, and they are an important aspect that the country must do well in management and control. Based on the current research status of food safety and sanitation in my country, this paper uses the colony algorithm to identify food safety and sanitation, so as to develop a good early warning identification system. This paper proposes an improved colony optimization algorithm to solve the problem of PID parameter tuning prematurely converging into an invalid algorithm. In order to solve the problem of colony letter number extraction, an image-based colony extraction algorithm is proposed. In order to overcome the shortcomings of poor generality of multi-scale colony segmentation, a colony optimization calculation method based on improved level sets is proposed. Experimental research results show that by establishing an optimization mechanism for bacterial colony formation and death, the optimization algorithm can provide a new path at the end. It is used to solve food safety and health problems in real life. During the experiment, I learned that the algorithm has good practicability and adaptability, and fully verified the practical significance of the model.
