Abstract
The fault location method of big current grounding system is simple, we set fast switch device in the neutral point, through the switch the small current grounding system can transform into a large current grounding system, combined with fault impedance method we get the fault location method in small current grounding system based on active protection. Then we make simulation research on three factors which affect the active positioning method of this paper are as follows: transition resistance, load fluctuation and fault distance. The simulation results identify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
