Abstract

With the development of urban economy reaching a certain scale, restricted by resources, population, politics, industrial development and other aspects, urban agglomeration is an important form to promote the optimization of urban development. Green development is one of the important development concepts insisted by China. It is of great significance to rationally evaluate the green development of urban agglomerations. Therefore, this paper carries out evaluation research on the green development level of urban agglomerations. By sorting out the main influencing factors in the green development of urban agglomerations, the evaluation indicator system for the green development level of urban agglomerations is constructed. Combined with the evaluation optimization model, the optimization is mainly carried out from three aspects: indicator assignment, indicator weight and comprehensive evaluation model. In Yangtze River delta urban agglomeration, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the research object, the urban green development level evaluation has been studied. And the result shows that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration in urban green development evaluation result is the best. At the same time, the indicators are validated by sensitivity analysis of the influence degree of the evaluation results.
