Abstract

This paper, with the concern in view, has presented here a multiobjective optimiza- tion model. By generalizing parameters from the construction process of a team at di_erent stages and from di_erent angles, and by comparing them to the set optimization goal, this model aims to evaluate the outcome of the construction of a team in an accurate and fair way. And by steering clear to the greatest extent of the inuence of the individual or subjective factors, the model also strives to derive a better result from the equal input in the construction of an excellent teaching team.
