Abstract

AbstractBy exploring the evaluation methods of enterprise scientific and technological innovation capability, constructing the scientific and technical innovation evaluation index system of electric power information and communication enterprises, using the analytic hierarchy process to assign index weights, and striving to make a comprehensive evaluation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of electric information and communication enterprises more accurately and quantitatively. Furthermore, it proposes a path to enhance the technological innovation capability of electric power information and communication enterprises.
