Abstract
The concept and meaning of equipment knowledge expression and visual analytics are expounded, and combining shortcoming of existing knowledge representations and features of equipment knowledge, the demand of launching visual equipment knowledge representation is analyzed. According to principle of equipment knowledge engineering and data visualization, the process of web-oriented visual equipment knowledge expression is designed, and equipment knowledge base and equipment data pretreatment is dissected. Combining several groups of typical equipment data, there are 3 kinds visual equipment knowledge representation are realized, and the effectiveness and practicability is proved.
