Abstract
Innovation is an important means of regional industry clusters to achieve structural optimization, upgrading and sustainable development. Taking Hebei Province as an example, first, this article conducts research and analysis to the innovation factors in Hebei Province, including internal factors and external factors. Next, this article gives the game analysis of the industrial groups with innovative process technology, including game analysis of companies choosing technological innovation and game analysis of enterprise cooperation innovation behavior. Finally, this article puts forward an innovative model and countermeasures in Hebei Province industrial cluster.
