Abstract

Maslow's hierarchy theory reflects the essence of human nature and what meet human demand is the experienced process to obtain the sense of happiness. This article has been divided into three stages of happiness sense experience of every level by building gradient model between human demand level and acquired happiness sense. Establishing models of affecting different factors of happiness sense and proposing the assumption of “happy people” and management strategy of enhancing staff's happiness sense, we have also explored various factor and basic principle affecting happiness sense by making use of basic methods of systematic science.
