Abstract

The primary goal of this paper is to provide the effective strategies for enterprise crisis public relations based on Web2.0. The public relations crisis is a problem which the enterprise must be faced in the development process. With the coming of Web2.0 era, enterprise public relations crisis occurs more frequently than ever before, and its form has also undergone great changes. In this paper, comparative analysis method is used to analyze public relations crisis communication line between the Web2.0 era and traditional media era. Finally, we found that some factors which include fast speed, prevention difficulties, large loss, residual information existing public relations crisis affect the enterprise public relations work under Web2.0 environment. Therefore, this paper suggests that enterprises should take appropriate measures to maintain a good corporate image combined with the new characteristics of the public relations crisis under Web2.0 environment.
