Abstract

Sand and gravel are the largest and irreplaceable materials in China's infrastructure construction. Sand and gravel aggregates are the main components of concrete. To ensure the quality of concrete, a large amount of sand and gravel needs to be screened on-site using screening devices. However, existing screening devices cannot change different screening modes according to the quantities of materials, leading to high energy consumption. Additionally, a significant amount of smoke and dust is generated at the feed inlet during screening, which affects the construction environment. This paper aims to design an environmentally friendly and energy-saving sand and gravel screening device to address these issues.
