Abstract

With the development of wireless communications technology and sensor technology, wireless sensor network (WSN) have been widely used in a wide variety of fields of fields. However, energy consumption has become the bottleneck in the development of wireless sensor networks. This paper studies the intelligence algorithm theory—ant colony algorithm, and combines the characteristics of wireless sensor networks, and proposes an enhance ant colony algorithm AODV (EACAODV). EACAOD algorithm based on a practical application case, and was proved by network simulation tool. Packet loss rate and energy consumption was given to contrast in NS2. Finally, simulation results show that EACAODV algorithm can improve the network utilization rate and reduce energy consumption.
