Abstract

To improve the ability of artificial intelligence to recognize human emotions and lay the foundation for real human-computer interaction, the biological characteristics of brain waves were introduced. Also, the visual features of images were taken into consideration in order to complete the mapping of the image visual features to the emotional features of images. Firstly, people’s brainwaves were collected when they were enjoying the pictures, and the emotional vectors generated by the visual stimulation of the images were obtained through the calculation of the emotional matrix. Then, the mapping rules of visual features to emotional semantics were established, and the mapping of the image visual features to the emotional features of the images was well achieved. Finally, the mapped emotional features were verified. The verification results showed that the proposed mapping mechanism was effective and highly accurate. So, it has practical value in the field of artificial intelligence and emotional interaction.
