Abstract

Objective: To explore how to reduce or eliminate the resistance of the elderly to intelligent products through emotional design, so as to effectively improve the sleep status of the elderly. Methods: Based on the three-level theoretical basis of emotional design, the process of emotional design was divided into four stages: emotional positioning stage, concept extraction stage, design generation stage and design refinement stage. The behavior map method and Kano model are used to establish the research model, prioritize the indicators, and make a two-dimensional matrix description and evaluation of better worse satisfaction index. Finally, five keywords are extracted from the three levels of emotional design to evaluate the design. Conclusion: Emotional design based on Kano model analysis can be effectively applied to age-appropriate intelligent product design, and effectively promote the integration of aging and intelligence.
