Abstract
For improving the ability of the circular loop antenna to radiate the electromagnetic energy, transverse or longitudinal arrangement circular loop antenna array and 3D space arrangement circular loop antenna array are established. The radiation field, average Poynting vector, radiation energy angle distribution, and radiation resistance of transverse or longitudinal arrangement circular loop antenna array and 3D space arrangement circular loop antenna array are obtained respectively. The ability of 3D space arrangement circular loop antenna array to radiated electromagnetic wave is compared with that of the same structural straight-line antenna array. The research results are shown as follows: (1) The different antenna array has the different ability to radiate electromagnetic wave. (2) 3D arrangement circular loop antenna array outperforms the straight-line antenna array with the same structure in the directional property of radiation energy and the ability to radiate electromagnetic wave.
