Qualitative evaluation of power theft suspicion based on large dimension, determination of quantitative judgment of power theft time zone, rapid identification of quantitative judgment of power consumption abnormality of key suspect users, identification of power theft behavior based on large dimensional random matrix theory and process, determination of power theft time zone of power theft users to achieve identification of power theft behavior.
