Abstract
In order to optimize the power consumption management of the street lamp load group in the highway network, reduce the power supply pressure of the State Grid on the highway, reduce the large power consumption value of the highway in the late peak hours, so as to enhance the stability of the power grid. At the same time, in order to effectively use clean energy (solar photovoltaic cells) for power generation and reduce environmental pollution, this paper proposes a street lamp load group power dispatching method based on photovoltaic and battery. That is, the authors construct the basic electric energy management system architecture of street lamp load group, use particle swarm optimization algorithm, take the minimum power consumption of power supply company and the highest photovoltaic utilization rate of load group as the basic goal, and take into account the service life and cost of battery, put forward a multi-objective electric energy scheduling scheme for street lamp load group, obtain the optimal solution, and carry out simulation verification by Monte Carlo method. It shows the rationality of the power dispatching method proposed in this paper.
