Abstract

By regulating the type and content of high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the contrast tests on grouting material's extended degree, bulk density, expansion ratio, early strength and water retention were carried out to study how polycarboxylate superplasticizer in different type and content affect the service behaviour of grouting material, and then to verify whether its mechanical property and expansion ratio meet the requirement. The results show that, where the content is 3.7 ‰~4.0 ‰, the various types of superplasticizer may significantly improve the fluidity and water retention of microdilatancy cement-based grouting material and enhance its early strength, meanwhile, micro-expansion may happen on this kind of grouting material.
