Abstract

By taking the national transport logistics public information platform as the research object, the differences between the logistics public information platform and service enterprises in organizational structure, operational management, information flow, etc., are analyzed in this article. On the basis of four dimensional model of service innovation, three dimensional multi-dynamic model of LOGINK service innovation is proposed. Besides, the connotation and the mechanism of each innovative factor in the model are analyzed.
