Abstract

AbstractAs the key structure of the industrial reducer, planetary gear system will suffer from cyclic load and impact load in the process of operation. In the process of gear meshing, the gear meshing force will cause fatigue peeling of metal on the gear surface and form pitting corrosion fault. Under the impact load, the fault impact and meshing impact will change, which will affect the misjudgment of system fault identification. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear transmission system including pitting fault under impact load are taken as the research object, and the dynamic model of planetary gear system is established. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of planetary gear transmission system is drawn by using three-dimensional drawing software; Then the change of meshing force between gears is calculated by impact function method, and the influence of meshing line length on load distribution is considered; Finally, the calculation results are brought into the dynamic model to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear transmission system including pitting fault under the impact load, so as to find the variation law of meshing impact and fault impact, which lays a theoretical foundation for fault diagnosis under the impact condition.KeywordsImpact loadPlanetary gearDynamic characteristicsPitting fault
