Abstract
Partial discharge ultrasonic array detection has always been the focus of researchers at home and abroad. The essence of this method is combining partial array discharge detection with ultrasonic array sensor and array signal processing technology. When the double-point partial discharge occurs in the transformer, the detection result is inaccurate due to the array error and noise. Therefore, the array signal denoising algorithm and array error self-correction are proposed for the problem of noise and array error in double-source partial discharge array detection. The algorithm and the simulation research were carried out. Meanwhile, the experimental platform was built. According to the improved algorithm, the direction finding of multiple double-source partial discharge was studied. The final direction error was less than 8° and the positioning error was less than 13cm. Finally, the accuracy of the algorithm is verified to meet the actual needs of the project.
