Abstract

Addressing climate change has become a global environmental challenge, and reducing CO2 emissions and promoting low-carbon economy have become the consensus of all countries in the world. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy has promoted the rapid growth of energy consumption, and the growth rate of CO2 emissions has been in the forefront of the world. While maintaining economic stability in China, there are also complicated problems such as dual economic structure, globalization and system reform. Under the background of increasing pressure to cope with climate change, how to find a low-carbon energy development path on the premise of maintaining sufficient development space is a great challenge for China for a long time to come. Under this background, it is of great significance to analyze the influencing factors of China's energy consumption carbon emissions. Based on this, this paper uses spatial data mining technology to reveal the evolution characteristics of spatial and temporal pattern of China's energy carbon emission intensity, and discusses its main influencing factors and periodic fluctuation characteristics, aiming at providing scientific basis for the government to formulate differentiated carbon emission reduction policies and develop low-carbon economy.
