Abstract

The analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) has both qualitative and quantitative characteristics, and can objectively get relatively accurate decision-making, so this method is very widely used. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied in this paper to solve the problem of how to choose and employ persons in military sports. The goal layer is to select one excellent athlete as the representative to participate in the competition. The criterion layer is established on the basis of exercise in five different subjects, and the scheme layer is composed of three candidates. The model is effectively established by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the solution is finally achieved scientifically and effectively. It is also an effective attempt to use analytic hierarchy process in military command selection.
