Abstract

Enterprise Information Portal as a unified display platform of Enterprise Information has the capability of integration and display with all kinds of business system. In terms of resource allocation, we must focus on solutions: establish centralized business management and resource allocation mechanism, optimize resource allocation, optimize management processes, strengthen plan management, and improve customer satisfaction. In the aspect of task management, we will focus on solutions: because people are not familiar with project quality, it is difficult to guarantee project quality, which affects customer satisfaction; the lack of fine-grained control and management of personnel time costs; and the operation management process is not sound enough.
